Solar began her career as a singer when she made a debut as the vocalist of a popular Korean girls band called Mamamoo in 2014. She joined the band along with Hwasa, Moonbyul, and Wheein who are the other members of the band. She released her LP titled ‘Solar’s Emotion’ on 24th April of 2018.
